ReplyDeleteI dont really take any additional supplements, I do every winter think that I should add some vitamin supplements into the kids diets to try and stave off coughs and colds
ReplyDeleteI take a good B vitamin complex and also iron because i am vegetarian and i feel that these vitamins boost my diet especially Vitamin B12 which is hard to get in a vegetarian diet.

ReplyDeleteCod liver oil capsules as my grandmother and mother always recommended them and they have/had good health.
ReplyDeleteI take a low dose of Vitamin D as the doctor advised that it is quite low - it was initially a high dose to get it back to normal and now a low dase to maintain it at the correct level. Other than than I eat a wide variety of food groups and plenty of fruit and veg
