July's Degustabox And Discount Code For Readers

As you already know I'm a big fan of Degustabox and have reviewed quite a few of their boxes in the past. They recently asked me to try out more of their range so of course I agreed!

July Degustabox

Degustabox is a subscription service where you pay monthly for a box of treats each month. These treats are mainly brand new products to the food and drink market and can include sweet and savoury food and drink.

To get a £7 discount simply type the code BLDEG15 at the checkout and don't forget to thank me!

This month featured 12 products which were:

Brookside Chocolates - gorgeous acai berry and blueberry flavoured dark chocolate which I enjoyed in the evening whilst catching up on my favourite programmes!

Cracker Drinks - natural fruit juice drinks that contain no nasty artificial sweeteners or added sugars. A glass of this counts as one of your five a day and is under 90 kcals so this is definitely being added to the shopping list.

Seabrook Crisps - These lattice crisps are great to eat as they are or to add into a pasta bake like I did (see below). I got to try the chicken jalfrezi flavour and it was lush.

Rejuvenation Water - Amino acid enriched spring water which helps to build a reilience to stress, depression and anxiety, as well as aiding digestion. I have had these often in the past especially on days that I have been run down or particularly anxious.

Bahlsen Choco Leibniz - These are a little taste of heaven and perfect for dunking in your tea. Milk chocolate biscuits in packs of two which are handy for lunchboxes.

Felix Gerkhins - Chunk is a fan of gerkhins as am I, so we have been enjoying these in salads and in burgers.

Itsu Crispy Seaweed Thins - these thins are packed with zinc, iron and B12 and are less than 2 calories per slice. I love crispy seaweed, but found these quite bitter- my partner on the other hand absolutely loved them.

Jordans Muesli - I love cereals and muesli is one of my favourites. This flavour is a blend of flakes, oats, raisins and almonds so are perfect for both breakfast and when baking treats.

Alo Drink - These drinks contain aloe vera and are both gluten and fat-free. Many of my friends have started to drink aloe vera because it has a lot of good cleansing properties apparently.

Rowntree's Fruit Pastilles Infusions - A new take on the classic fruit pastilles I enjoyed throughout my childhood. These include three new fusion flavours; orange and grapefruit, raspberry and pomegranate and also apple and elderflower. Definitely a more sophisticated version for us adults to enjoy!

Sarson's Balsamic Vinegar - I've always liked Sarson's regular vinegar so I'm pleased they're now bringing out a balsamic flavour. One of my favourite healthy recipes is balsamic vinegar chicken pasta, so I shall be using this for that dish one night this week. I may even blog the recipe if anyone wants it?!

Berrywhite Ltd Drinks - My favourite of these organic fizzy drinks was the cranberry and guava which had a gorgeous, refreshing taste- perfect for the recent humid weather.

Pasta Bake with added Seabrook Crisps

Chicken Jalfrezi Seabrook Lattice Crisps Pasta Bake

To add a zing and crunch to your pasta bake just add crisps to the topping. I made a bacon and cream pasta bake with vegetables, and then crushed up the Seabrook Lattice Crisps for the top. You then grate some cheese onto the crisps and put in the oven. Easy or what?!

I was sent this box to test for the purpose of this review. No payment was received and all opinions are honest and my own.
