The makers of Clif Bar have given me a rather nice mini hamper of goodies for one of you lucky readers to win.

Cluf Bar are America's favourite energy bar brand and they are launcing a brand new flavoured energy bar which is included in the hamper.

The Clif Bar Coconut Chocolate Chip Energy Bar is made of organic rolled oats, coconut pieces, dairy-free chocolate chips and 10g of protein to keep the hunger cravings at bay.

They are perfect to use before, during or after exercise and on those days when you are trying to run on two hours sleep when the kiddies have kept you up.

    I'm a big fruit fan - I like practically all but my favourite is grapes I suppose, they are nice and easy to just pop in your mouth
